Named in honor of Beyoncé’s great-grandfather Davis Hogue, a Prohibition-era moonshiner, SirDavis pays tribute to heritage while pushing whisky into bold new territory.
Handcrafted and bottled in Texas, this 88-proof whisky combines a mash bill of 51% rye and 49% malted barley, matured in American oak and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The result is a refined spirit with remarkable depth, balance, and layered complexity.
