Liquor Lux Refund Policy

Returns and Cancellations

Liquor Lux allows returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.

Restocking Fees:

15% for order cancellations before shipment.
25% for cancellations post-shipment or failed delivery attempts.

All sales are final, and Liquor Lux is not liable for damages during transit.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition/packaging. Non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable products. Proof of purchase is required for returns. Do not return products to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once returns are inspected. If approved, a credit will be issued to the original payment method within 72 hours. Delays may occur depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only. Contact us at info@liquorlux.com to arrange an exchange.

Gift Returns

For gift returns, a gift credit will be issued if the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase. If not, refunds will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If the refund is granted, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

For returns over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance to ensure receipt of the returned item.
