What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay, including Shop Pay Installments (pay in 4 interest-free payments), subject to credit approval.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Select Shop Pay Installments checkout to split your order into four interest-free payments, subject to credit approval.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled before they ship.
Once a shipping label is created or the package is picked up by UPS, the order cannot be canceled.

All cancellations prior to shipping are subject to a 5% payment processing costs. In the event that a shipped order is requested for a refund, then a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees will be applied.

To request a cancellation, please email info@liquorlux.com immediately.

Why was my order canceled?

An order may be automatically canceled and refunded if:

  • The item sold out before processing or was incorrectly marked in stock
  • The shipping address is restricted (including rehab centers, PO Boxes, and certain facilities)
  • A distributor updated inventory availability
  • Payment verification failed

A full refund is issued in these cases.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, in rare instances processing may take up to 7 business days.

Transit times vary based on location:

  • Ground: 2–7 business days
  • 3 Day Select: Business Days
  • 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
  • Next Day Air: 1 business day

All delivery windows shown at checkout are estimated. Weather events, carrier delays, holidays, and UPS routing may extend delivery times. Orders placed on Friday after business hours, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out 1-3 business days from the following Monday.

Do you ship to my state?

Non-California residents accept all responsibility for determining if their state or county laws allow alcohol products to be shipped to their state or county.

Is an adult signature required?

Yes. A 21+ adult signature is required for delivery by law. UPS will not leave alcohol shipments unattended.

Why isn’t my tracking number updating?

Tracking numbers will appear once processing occurs.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

This is normal due to UPS processing times, weather delays, routing changes, and regional carrier volume.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or leaking:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage
  2. Email info@liquorlux.com within 48 hours

If you purchased Liquor Lux Shipping Protection, your order will be refunded or replaced immediately. Liquor Lux Insurance Shipping protection does not get refunded. 
Without shipping protection, we cannot guarantee coverage for carrier-related incidents once the package has left our facility.

Why should I add Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection safeguards your order against:

  • Carrier damage
  • Lost packages
  • Major Leaking bottles
  • Missing items due to carrier mishandling
While we package every order securely, shipping protection ensures priority resolution and full coverage.

Do you accept returns?

Due to alcohol regulations, returns are limited.

We can accept returns only if the bottle is unopened, in its original condition, and the return is approved in advance.

A 15% restocking fee and return shipping cost apply unless the issue was caused by us.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned bottle.
Bank processing times may vary.

What if UPS returns my package to Liquor Lux?

If UPS returns the package due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient refusal

We will contact you with reshipment options (shipping fee applies) or provide a refund (minus shipping and restocking fees).

Are your bottles authentic?

Yes. All products are sourced exclusively through licensed U.S. distributors and authorized suppliers.
Every bottle is 100% guaranteed authentic and stored in secure, climate-appropriate conditions.

Do you guarantee specific batch numbers, dump dates, or presentation boxes?

Product photos are representative images.
If you require a specific batch, dump date, or box, please email us at info@liquorlux.com before ordering so we can confirm availability.

Why are some bottles priced above MSRP?

Highly allocated, rare, or limited-release bottles often come from the premium distributor market, where pricing reflects scarcity, demand, age, and acquisition cost.

How can I get early access to rare bottles?

Join our VIP Email List for early notifications on limited releases, rare drops, private selections, and special offers.
VIP members receive priority access.

Can you help me source a bottle that isn’t listed?

Yes. We specialize in tracking down hard-to-find and allocated spirits.
Email your request to info@liquorlux.com and our team will do our best to locate it through our distributor network and sources.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
