Hirsch The Single Barrel Silver is a masterful blend of two mash bills. Seventy percent of the blend consists of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley, aged for 4 years and 2 months. The remaining 30% is made up of 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barley, aged for 5 years and 6 months. This meticulous aging process takes place in Bardstown, Kentucky, using New American Oak Barrels, ensuring a rich and complex flavor profile.
