Process & Profile

• Made from hand-selected 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico
• Slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens to extract rich agave flavors
• Double-distilled in small batches using copper pot stills for exceptional smoothness
• Aged for a minimum of 2.5 years in American white oak barrels
• Presented in a special red and gold lacquered bottle inspired by the Year of the Horse
