Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero

Mezcal Guerrero is a truly unique piece. Beyond its beautiful decanter, its majestic flavor comes from a very rare variety of agave: the papalote agave. This plant grows wild in the Mountain Range of the State of Guerrero, where the notes combine the sea's climate and flavor with the green forests' freshness. 

CLASE AZUL ST LUIS POTOSI MEZCAL

Clase Azul tequilas are made from 100% from organic Tequilana Weber Blue Agaves. Chosen from approximately 200 breeds of agave, this particular species is the only one that produces tequila. Once the agave is harvested, Clase Azul cooks them in old-fashioned brick ovens, a process which takes 72 hours.

Clase Azul Mezcal Durango

Mezcal Clase Azul is made 100% from Cenizo Agave, which grows wild in the State of Durango, where the extreme climate, the rich minerals of its soil, and the source of natural springs in the area, give particular force and complexity to its notes, making it an entirely different mezcal than what is produced in the rest of México.
