The tequila is then aged for at least 6 months in a combination of new and used American oak barrels, giving it a rich and complex flavor profile. On the nose, you'll find hints of cooked agave, vanilla, and oak, followed by a smooth and balanced palate with notes of caramel, honey, and spices.
